Freedom often lives on the other side of what we are afraid to feel, name, or choose. Together, we will explore the balance between surrender and discipline: listening deeply while taking courageous, intuitive action.

MY PHILosophy
I believe most people do not need to be “fixed”. Or even diagnosed. We need space. We need connection.
Space to be heard. Space to be honest. Space to say the thing we have been filtering, avoiding, or carrying alone. Space to hear and see ourselves more clearly.
My work is rooted in deep listening, honest reflection, and grounded exploration. I am not here to tell you who to be or pretend I have all of your answers. I am here to listen closely, reflect (with intention) back what I hear, ask questions that bring clarity, and offer feedback and personal anecdotes when it feels supportive.
These sessions are a place to brain-dump, vent, process, explore patterns, name what is true, and begin moving toward what feels more honest.
WHAT INFORMS MY WORK:
My perspective is shaped largely by my own lived experience, along with years of personal practice, study, and experimentation.
I draw heavily from yogic thought and philosophy, especially the belief that the body, breath, mind, and spirit are deeply connected. I am also influenced by Taoism, Alan Watts, Joe Dispenza, Eckhart Tolle, and conversations with energy workers, wellness practitioners, and humans in my personal network.
As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, I bring a grounding, breath-centered approach into the way I hold space. Sessions begin with a simple meditation focused on the breath. I believe connecting with the nervous system is foundational. When the body begins to soften, the mind often becomes clearer. When the mind becomes clearer, intuition has more room to speak.
WHAT SESSIONS FEEL LIKE:
Sessions are conversational and curious. We work to explore what’s here, now: towards a remembering of sorts.
You can come in with a specific topic, or you can come in with no idea where to start. You can vent. You can brain-dump. You can talk through a decision, relationship, pattern, fear, dream, habit, or emotion that keeps asking for your attention.
My role is to listen, reflect, ask honest questions, and offer feedback when invited or when it feels supportive. Some sessions may feel soft and grounding. Others may feel direct, clarifying, or confronting (in a loving way).
I truly care more about what is honest and what’s here now. The confused version, the emotional version, the grounded version. All is welcome.
your first session:
During our first session, I will take time to get to know you and hear what season of life you find yourself in.
Our first session together is 90 minutes, giving us enough time for your system to land. In my experience, often at the end of an hour is when the deeper truth finally has room to come up.
In our sessions, there is no such thing as TMI. The space I hold is a safe container to be seen and heard, so we can explore how I may be able to support you moving forward.
From there, we can decide how to use future sessions in a way that actually supports you.
OUR TIME TOGETHER MAY CENTER AROUND:
Clarifying what you want, need, fear, or desire. Deciding what direction feels intuitive and honest. Planning a course of action that feels doable. Committing to a goal, decision, action, or habit shift. Expressing truths that have been circling internally, asking to be said out loud. Feeling an emotion you have avoided or have not had space to fully feel. Facing the fear of an emotion, decision, or truth that is asking to be seen more clearly. Exploring patterns in relationships, habits, discipline, creativity, movement, food, sleep, or self-expression.
It really is up to you. This is a co-effort. A commitment to curiosity.
AREAS I CAN SUPPORT
HABITS, DISCIPLINE AND PATTERN CHANGE
We can explore the routines, patterns, and behaviors that are shaping your life. This may include habits you want to build, habits you want to quit, or patterns you keep repeating even when you know they are no longer supporting you. I am interested in what actually helps you follow through. The goal is to build a relationship with discipline that feels honest, sustainable, and rooted in self-respect.
MOVEMENT AND CONNECTION WITH THE BODY
We can explore your relationship with your body through yoga, strength training, walking, breath, nervous system awareness, and daily movement. I believe the body holds so much information, and often times, movement gives us access to clarity that thinking alone cannot reach. Together, we can look at how movement can support your energy, emotional regulation, confidence, and ability to feel more at home in yourself.
FOOD, ENERGY, DAILY-RITUALS AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT
We can talk through the daily practices that support your energy, mood, focus, and sense of groundedness. I may share from my own lived experience with animal-based eating, protein-centered meals, sunlight, sleep, hydration, non-toxic environments and products, and rituals that have helped me feel more connected to my body and life. This is not medical or nutritional advice. It is a space to explore what helps you feel nourished, steady, clear, and more alive.
RELATIONSHIPS AND COMMUNICATION
Relationships have a way of showing us where we are growing, hiding, performing, or asking to become more honest. Together, we can explore how you show up with friends, family, partners, coworkers, and yourself. This may include boundaries, difficult conversations, people-pleasing, attachment, emotional honesty, desire, conflict, or the fear of being fully seen. I care about helping you find ways to relate that feel supportive, authentic, and true.
JOURNALING, INTROSPECTION AND SELF-INQUIRY
Writing has been one of the biggest tools in my own life for creating clarity and hearing myself more honestly. In our work together, we may explore journaling practices, reflection prompts, honest language, and forms of expression that help you move what has been circling internally onto the page or into the room. Sometimes saying the thing out loud, or writing it down without filtering it, is what finally allows for more brain-space.
Dreams, Creativity, and YOUR Direction
We can make space for the dreams, ideas, projects, and desires that keep coming back to you. The ones that sit in the back of your mind waiting for you to finally take the first step. Together, we can explore what is asking to be created, what feels aligned, what feels scary, and what small courageous action might help you begin building momentum. This may include creative projects, career direction, spiritual longing, lifestyle changes, or the deeper question of what kind of life you are actually trying to build.
